Catherine has been practicing osteopathy since 2017 and is a member of Osteopathie Québec. She graduated from the Centre Ostéopathique du Québec (COQ). She had previously obtained a Physiotherapy diploma in 2011. Catherine is an honest and humble practitioner who prioritizes listening to the needs of her clients.
Her interest in physiology and biomechanics was first sparked by studies of contemporary dance. Later, she deepened her knowledge of the human body with physiotherapy training. She then discovered and obtained a degree in osteopathy, which helped quench her thirst for learning and her great curiosity.
This holistic therapeutic approach suits her well and allows her to obtain effective and lasting results with her clients. Thanks to her experience as a physiotherapist, Catherine often ends her sessions by teaching a few exercises to help maintain the benefits of the treatment.
Catherine welcomes a variety of clients: babies, children, adults, seniors, and pregnant women. Additionally, her numerous years of experience with dance and martial arts give her a better understanding of the specific needs of this type of clientèle.
Catherine is a D.O. member of Ostéopathie Québec, the most recognized organization in Quebec. All insurance companies reimburse the receipts she issues.
